Which province is tackling COVID19 better from Government and Citizens responsibility perspective? Seventh-day amplification factor (A7) of Worsak Kanok-Nukulchai is a great tool to look into growth of new cases including silent infections spreading the virus, which is always challenging as we only know those who are reported positive. The end of spread (or first wave of the epidemic atleast) can easily be forecasted if we observe a stable A7 = 1.00.
